Refund Policy

Payments for Peekvane are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued by Paddle under this policy and Paddle’s buyer terms.

1. One-time credit packs only

Peekvane sells one-time credit packs. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

2. Credit packs

• Unused packs. Refundable within 14 days of purchase.
• Used credits. Non-refundable once used, including partly used packs.

3. Problems on our side

If a fault on our side stopped you getting results you paid for, contact us and we’ll restore credits or refund you.

4. How to ask for a refund

Send a message through our contact form with your checkout email and Paddle order number, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge so we can fix it quickly.
